Keith’s 30+ years of work experience in television and video production had the usual beginnings -
local television stations, advertising agencies, regional news & sports freelancing, etc. Highlighting
his early years in the business was producing and directing an Addy award-winning multiple spot
campaign for an Oklahoma top-20 corporation.
Before its opening in 1988, Remington Park racetrack hired Keith to produce daily report shows
and a weekly magazine-style program for multi-market broadcast. This was a welcome niche, as
Keith had an active interest in the sport of horse racing and racehorse breeding. During his
13-year stint Remington Park received six national honors for television programs & segments,
which Keith produced & directed.
A special project in ‘95 was a documentary “The Roughnecks of Sherwood Forest” (distributed by
Tapestry International), which Keith wrote, directed and co-produced. Shot on-location throughout
the UK, it tells the WWII story of a top-secret American-English oil drilling operation in the legendary
woods of the English midlands.
Keith continues to work extensively for clients in the racing and racehorse breeding industries, producing promotional videos, commercials and web features. Through sponsorships with Oklahoma’s horsemen’s groups, Keith has provided video coverage of horse racing in the state with live and on-demand content on RaceViewNetwork.com. In conjunction with Speedhorse Magazine, he also directs and co-produces a weekly webcast covering North American Quarter Horse racing.
